Your interest in our non-profit childcare is very much appreciated. Our mission is to love children and invest in their parents, which is essential for all of our teachers and employees.
For a classroom lead, an individual must have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or experience in early childhood programs. Assistants also must be qualified by education or experience to work with young children. All staff are required to have background checks and child-abuse record clearances. All staff are also certified in First Aid and CPR.
If you are qualified for an opening, you may fill out the application for employment as listed below. If we deem that you are indeed qualified, we will contact you for an interview. You will then need a letter of reference. After the interview and upon offer of a position, the State of Idaho requires a police background check and CPR training.
