Application/Registration and Rates

​You can find the Application/Registration form by clicking the link below and emailing it to us (admin@thrivelcmoscow.com) or by stopping by our office at the Eastside Marketplace. You may also add your child to our registration/waitlist by clicking the "Register Now" button.  Please supply both the form and the registration.  Upon final registration, there will be a registration fee of $50.  Also, if you are needing financial assistance,  we will need you to fill out and submit your application to ICCP (Idaho Child Care Program). You can find that application by clicking here: ICCP Application for Assistance.    If denied by ICCP, you may still apply for a scholarship from Thrive Learning Center, however, scholarship funds are not guaranteed nor are they always available*.  To be eligible for a scholarship, we will require you to submit our Eligibility Form, which will include:

• Denial letter from ICCP

• The financial information that was submitted to ICCP and possibly your most recent tax returns

• Amount of scholarship requested from Thrive Learning Center.

*Scholarships are limited; dependent on the number of applicants, annual budget, etc.

RATES

​

We offer full-time and part-time rates.  Part-time is considered anything that is four days or less.  We do not offer drop-in or daily rates.  Our current rates are available here.  All rates were increased and went into effect in August 2023.
